The City of San Marcos and Texas State University have partnered together to offer Total Wellness-San Marcos, comprised of a variety of programs and services designed to meet the health, weight loss, fitness, and/or athletic goals of children, teenagers, and adults of varying fitness levels and abilities.

Virtual Group Fitness Membership

This nominal monthly fee will assist in offsetting the expenses related to continued delivery of services from our dedicated staff.

Your $15 per month membership includes continued access to everything that our members have enjoyed so far and more:

  • Pre-recorded Workouts
  • Live-Streamed Classes via The Virtual Studio on Facebook
  • The Virtual Studio Blog
  • *NEW* More Live, Interactive ZOOM Classes

Total Wellness has expanded their platforms to include Zoom, enabling non-social media users to interact with them virtually.

How to Register

Visit the ActiveNet Website.

If you have provided the City of San Marcos with an email, you may already have an ActiveNet account. Click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address when prompted. A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you don’t have an account, click on the “Create New Account” button.

Select the participant(s) who will be joining the program, and proceed to your cart.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive a receipt by email. Please forward your receipt to for access to services.

Fitness in the Park

All requests for aerobics, boot camps or any other type of fitness workouts in the park will need to be approved through the Parks and Recreation Department before taking place. Contact Jessica Guerra, Aquatic-Fitness Program Coordinator, for more information.
