In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the City of San Marcos will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or facilities.

Auxiliary Service

Individuals who require an auxiliary aid or service to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of San Marcos should contact the office of ADA Coordinator, Mandy Riske, at 512-393-8065 (voice) or call Texas Relay Service (TRS) by dialing 7-1-1. Requests can also be sent by email to ADARequest@sanmarcostx.gov as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event/program.
