Texas State University-San Marcos

Texas State University-San Marcos was founded in 1899 and opened its doors in 1901. Alma Mater to President Lyndon Baines Johnson (1930), Texas State is the only university in Texas to graduate a President of the United States.

With an enrollment of more than 34,000 students, Texas State is the 5th largest university in Texas and offers a broad range of undergraduate, masters and doctoral degrees.
